Account Number Conversion

The Account Number Conversion menu allows users to change the account number of an account.

Breakpoint: 170405 - Account Number Conversion (Engineering - Groups)

Perform the following steps to change the account number of an account:

Navigate to Settings à Utilities à Account Number Conversion.

Search for an account using the account name or number.

Click the Edit icon against the account.

Enter the new account number in the Account Number column.

Click the Done icon.
